If you're reading this you are more loyal than I would have expected, that or you haven't culled through your watchlist in awhile.
I won't apologize for my almost total nonexistance over the last year or so. I have my reasons for not posting and taking months to answer things if I answer at all. Not emo reasons. I just really haven't had the time or the energy or the undying need to show off what I've been doing lately. Which seeing as this is now summertime is very little in the way of doing and very much in the way of sleeping in rediculously late, working in the evening, coming home, staying up to rediculous hours of the morning reading or playing WoW (god save my soul that game is more addicting than animal crossing), and then falling asleep to wake up and do it all over again.

I went to go visit my best friend for my vacation last week. That was eventful. The Field Museum in Chicago was amazing. I could have spent the whole day in just the section with the taxidermied animals, some of that stuff is plain bizzare and amazing. Favorite bits: Sue the T-rex, the pacific northwest totem poles, the creepy masks that I can't quite remember the origin of (Phillipines or Africa... you'd think I could figure it out), and the stuffed Kakapo (look them up, I'm a little obsessed and in love). Came back from her place with souviners... a stufed Okapi, a plastic skeleton of a Parasaurolophus (my favorite dinosaur), tonnage of charms and adorablenesses that my Rissy gifted apon me (well, maybe not tonnage, but a lot of cute anyway), and a plastic figure of a very surprised looking Claudipteryx (a kind of herbivorious bird-dinosaur that only stood three feet high).

So I've been thinking about culling my deviations, pluck out the old stuff that I can hardly stand to look at anymore. Not to mention clean my watchlist the heck out... which I've been meaing to do since my second week on this site. Four years of accumulated STUFF. *sigh*
I've also been thinking that I need to get creative again.
I haven't really done anything noteworthy art-wise in quite a long ass time... besides work for class.
I'm going to call it laziness, but it could be a bit of depression and general glumness that just makes my mind go blank and tells me to loose myslef by reading for a bit or playing some vidieogame or another. It's not that I've stoped liking being a creative... I've just taken such a long break from it that I'm not quite sure how to get back into it... that and I feel like I shouldn't do the fun stuff untill the cleaning and the straightening out of my life is a little more done. Which I never seem to get myself to do because I'll think of every reason under the sun not to do it... like typing up this useless blogthing instead of cleaning my sty of a room because my parents are visiting me tomorrow.

I'm going to go wash the purple and green goo out of my hair... yay for my bizzaroo colorstreak... decided to do my chunk of used-to-be-bangs-before-i-let-them-grow dual colored this time... hope it comes out okay.
I probably won't write again for another month or so.
